TRAIN 

FOR LIFE

Train-for-Life is a fitness program that takes a holistic approach on health. The focus of the program is to promote self-care through fitness,

diet and yoga. All 3 components help to balance

an individual's physical, mental and spiritual state,

Train-for-Life utilizes natural environment as a backdrop for fitness, by integrating the great outdoors. Nature, as one would expect, produces

a stress-free environment that fosters focus.

We offer three programs; Genesis (6 weeks),

Exodus (12 weeks), and Numbers (Aspiring and

Pro-Athletes). The number of participants allowed

in each program ranges from 1 to 4 people. Each program commences with a 1 hour consultation.

Start your plan TODAY! Plans can be customized to gain, lose, and tone muscle. All training plans require two workouts accompanied with a yoga and meal options.
