Former professional runway model, dancer/choreographer, business owner & yoga practitioner, Angela Bailey believes yoga has the power to heal ALL ills.

Angela fell in love with yoga 12 years ago (2010). Severe joint pain and stress; derived from living with the auto-immune disease lupus, led her to the discipline. “Yoga afforded me a pain-free, stress-free life,” says Angela and “I immediately wanted to share that feeling with others.” She completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Energy Yoga and Wellness Center in Miami in 2018.
Angela teaches an approachable, strength-based Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on conscious sequencing. The goal is to transform lives, by helping clients create a balance between flexibility and strength. Her experience as a dancer, shines through her teachings.

Angela is dedicated to holding space for her students to practice mindful curiosity and to come alive through the embodied practice. Her classes range from deeply restorative, to a strong flowing practice. By infusing smart alignment into her teachings along with playful flow, breath work and yoga philosophy to find happiness in their daily lives.
